Robber Hits Tinley Park Bank of America
Police say a man robbed the Bank of America on Harlem Avenue just after 10 a.m. Tuesday.

TINLEY PARK, IL — A robber hit a Bank of America Tuesday morning, Tinley Park police said. The man robbed the bank at 16301 S. Harlem at 10:10 a.m. before fleeing the scene.
He was described as a tall black man who wore a camouflage hat, black t-shirt and gold chain necklaces. A weapon was inferred, but no one was injured during the incident, police said. The FBI is investigating.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of this unknown suspect.

In June, the former MB Financial Bank at 183rd St. and Harlem Ave. also was robbed. It is now Fifth Third Bank.
In July, police also announced that they are on the lookout for a serial robber who has hit banks in Oak Forest, Midlothian, Tinley and other nearby villages.
