TINLEY PARK, IL — An opening date is set for Tinley Park's Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Located at 16210 S. Harlem Ave., the new chicken hotspot will open Thursday, April 24, with hours Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The location offers dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, catering and Mobile Thru.
It's the second south suburban location for owner-operator Kevin Skarin, who also helms the Orland Park location. A Chicagoland native, Skarin’s journey with Chick-fil-A began in 2010.

"Opening a second restaurant is such an honor,” said Skarin. “I first joined Chick-fil-A as a team member without any restaurant experience, and I want my team members to know they can do the same—grow, thrive and pursue something bigger than they ever expected, even beyond the restaurant. Now, with the incredible honor of reaching even more people in the community, I couldn’t have dreamt of a better career, or purpose, than being a positive influence while serving delicious, craveable food.”
Skarin will continue to own and operate Chick-fil-A Orland Park alongside his new restaurant, employing approximately 200 full- and part-time team members across the two restaurants.

Skarin and team will celebrate the Tinley Park opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Greater Chicago Food Depository, a Feeding America partner food bank. They'll also recognize 100 heroes making an impact in the community with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
