Tinley Park To Host Veterans Day Ceremony
The ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
TINLEY PARK, IL — The Village of Tinley Park and the Tinley Park Veterans Commission will host the annual Veterans Day Ceremony at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 at the Gen. Patrick E. Rea Veterans Plaza, which sits adjacent to the south entrance of the 80th Avenue Metra train station, 18001 S. 80th Ave., Tinley Park.
Honor the men and women who have served the United States of America with patriotic music by the Central Middle School band, short speeches, a gun salute, the presentation of the David G. Seaman Individual Volunteer Award, and more.
The event will be livestreamed on the Village's Life Amplified YouTube page.
