Tinley Park Man Jailed In Connection With Upskirt Photos At Target
David Grzeslo was charged with a felony in 2020 after police said he took photos under a teenage girl's dress at a New Lenox Target store.

TINLEY PARK, IL — A 51-year-old New Lenox man is serving out an eight-day jail sentence more than three years after he was charged with taking cell phone images by filming under a teenage girl’s dress at a New Lenox Target store.
David A. Grzeslo began serving his sentence on Tuesday, according to Will County Jail records and is scheduled to be released next week, according to the terms of his sentence. Grzeslo was charged with one felony count of unauthorized video recording of another person’s private parts in March 2020.
Police were called to the Target store at 2370 E. Lincoln Highway on March 13, 2020, after a friend of the teenager told police he saw Grzeslo aim the camera on his phone up the girl’s dress.

Police were able to locate Grzeslo in the store after officers were given a description by witnesses who told police said that the teenage girl was not aware the images were taken.
Grzeslo pleaded guilty to the felony charge in November and was sentenced to an eight-day stay in the Will County Jail. Shaw Local Media reported this week that Grzeslo is not required to register as a sex offender since unauthorized recording is not included under the laws that would require registering.

Grzeslo could face an additional 90 days in jail if he does not comply with the terms of his conditional release, which is scheduled to last two years after he is released from jail, the report said.
He is also required to undergo mental health treatments, continue with sex offender counseling, and must continue to attend Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings as part of his punishment, the Shaw Media report said.
