The menu will also feature Portillo's take on classic breakfast sides like scrambled eggs, hash browns and fruit cups. Customers will be able to wash it all down with new locally-roasted coffee options like chocolate cake and vanilla iced coffees.

For those married to the classics, Portillo's signature Italian beef sandwich will also be available bright and early along with the new menu items.

As part of the test, guests can enjoy breakfast meal deals that combine the best of all the new offerings for $7.99.
