Tinley Park Shelter Promising Howling Good Time For Pooches, Parents
PAWS of Tinley Park will host Boneyard Bash, which will feature a dog costume contest, trick-or-treating, and tarot card reading sessions.
TINLEY PARK, IL — Local dog owners who also hold a special place in their hearts for Halloween can get the best of both worlds when organizers of a local event are promising a howling good time for pooches and their parents this weekend.
PAWS of Tinley Park will host the Boneyard Bash Halloween-themed get-together from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at an event that will feature a pet costume party, trick-or-treating, a scavenger hunt, and even Tarot-reading sessions for local residents’ dogs.
The event will be held at PAWS of Tinley Park, which is located at 8301 W. 191st St. The fun includes a $10 photo booth, $30 microchipping, $15 nail trims for dogs, and the Tarot card-reading which will cost $20 no matter who the reading is for, organizers said.

Local residents and their pets are encouraged to register for the Boneyard Bash at the PAWS of Tinley Park website, but walk-ups are welcome. Parking will be available across the street from the shelter.
