Tinley Park's 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Guide

TINELY PARK, IL —The 4th of July is just about here, which means it's time to fire up the grill, hit the pool — and mark your calendars for the fireworks and festivities that honor the nation's Independence Day. We gathered up the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in Tinley to help you plan your celebrations.

The Tinley Park-Park District’s Annual 4th of July Celebration is a huge community that begins with a morning Stars and Stripes 5K race. After that, opening ceremonies kick off at 4 p.m., and live music, food, free games are fired up until the Tinley Park Fireworks Extravaganza display goes off after the sun sets.

Admission is free.
The festival and show will be held at McCarthy Park at 16801 S. 80th Ave. in Tinley.
