Tinley Park's Music In The Plaza: Saturday Line-Up Of Events
Check out The Walk-ins, and see the presentation of Together We Cope's Excellence in Service Award on Saturday in Zabrocki Plaza.
TINLEY PARK, IL — Music in the Plaza concerts will continue on Saturday here in Tinley Park. The next act to preform in town is The Walk-Ins.
The band will perform 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, in Zabrocki Plaza, located at 17375 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park.
Attendees can come out early to watch Mayor Michael Glotz and former Mayor Ed Zabrocki present Together We Cope's Excellence in Service Award in honor of the late senator Maggie Crotty at 6:45 p.m.

Also taking place at the event, The Open Bottle will be selling beer and seltzer drinks, and Kernel Sweetooth will sell hot dogs and popcorn. Several Downtown Tinley restaurants within walking distance also will be offering special deals and menu options that night, including Ed 'N' Joe's and SIP Wine Bar, according to the village.
The event will kick off with local jazz band Zespol, provided by the House of Music, at 7 p.m.
