Village, Cook County Officials To Host Property Tax Appeal Forum

TINLEY PARK, IL — Tinley Park residents looking to appeal their property taxes will have a chance to get some help, at a forum set for Tuesday, Aug. 12.

The Cook County Board of Review, the Village of Tinley Park, the Village of Orland Park, Orland Township, and the Orland Township Highway Department will host a Property Tax Appeal Forum for Tinley Park residents of Bremen, Rich, and Orland townships from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12 at the Tinley Park Convention Center, 18451 Convention Center Dr.

The Cook County Board of Review will bring analysts to assist in pre-filing appeals for the Board of Review. Residents can fill out the 2025 Real Estate Assessed Valuation Complaint form and bring it with them to the meeting. Residents should be sure to bring their PIN number (Property Index Number).
