Village To Mark 9/11 Anniversary With Patriot Day Ceremony
The Village of Tinley Park will host the ceremony at Fire Station No. 46 on Monday, Sept. 11.
TINLEY PARK, IL — Village flags will be at half-staff, and the Village of Tinley Park on Monday will host a ceremony to mark the 22nd anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
The Patriot Day Ceremony will be held at 7:30 a.m., next to the World Trade Center beam at Fire Station No. 46, 17355 S. 68th Ct.
The ceremony will include remarks by Mayor Michael Glotz and Fire Chief Steve Klotz. The ceremony will be streamed live on the Public Safety Facebook page.
