Wingstop In Tinley Park Closed By Illinois Dept. Of Revenue
A note on the front door of the restaurant at Park Center Plaza states the location is "temporarily closed until further notice."

TINLEY PARK, IL — The Wingstop location at Tinley Park's Park Center Plaza has been shut down by the Illinois Department of Revenue, according to the Comings & Goings column in the Daily Southtown. Two notices by the state agency revoking the business license have been posted on the front door of the franchise at 15960 S. Harlem Ave., the report stated. "Expired" also has been handwritten on the notices, the report added.
Another handwritten note on the front door states the chicken and wing restaurant is only temporarily closed, the report stated.
"We apologize for the inconvenience," the note states. "Temporarily closed until further notice."

The national chain, however, no longer lists the Tinley Park location on its website. An internet search, though, will bring up an online order page for the location on the chain's site, but it no longer includes a menu or ordering options.

The Southtown's calls to the Department of Revenue were not returned, and a call to the location were sent to voice mail inbox that was full.
The Tinley Park Wingstop opened in December of 2012. Ownership of the franchise changed hands in September of 2017, according to BizBuySell, a website listing businesses for sale.
