CDW Offering Up 27.9 Million Stock Shares

Vernon Hills-based CDW,  a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education sectors, announced Friday the sale of 27,9 million shares of common stock expected to generate more than $700 million, reported the Chicago Sun-Times.

CDW is offering 23.25 million shares, while selling stockholders are offering 4.65 million shares, according to a press release.

Shares of the Fortune 500 company's stock are anticipated to be priced between $20 and $23 each, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The company is listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol "CDW."
