Portion Of Route 45 Closed Following Friday Morning Crash
Authorities are urging the public to avoid this roadway following the collision.
VERNON HILLS, IL — A busy thoroughfare in Lake County has closed due to a crash Friday morning.
Route 45 westbound from Route 21 to Port Clinton Road in Vernon Hills is shut down, according to an update post on the Lake County PASSAGE website at about 9:30 a.m. It's unclear when the roadway will reopen.
