Fully-Occupied Vernon Hills Office Building for Sale

These days, it's a rare thing to have a large office building fully-leased. Potential buyers/investors may want to check this one out.

A large office building at 75 N. Fairway Dr. in Vernon Hills that was empty only two years ago is fully-occupied today, and it's on the market, according to ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com.

Currently leasing space in the building is North Chicago-based pharmaceutical company AbbVie Inc. and San Diego-based medical device maker CareFusion Corp, which has a 10-year lease. Another unidentified tenant also just signed a lease, reported ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com.

A Janko Group LLC joint venture has hired a broker to find a buyer for the building. The price tag has not been made public.
