Resident Robert Schiavelli, 42, is facing $500 in fines or one month in jail after his neighbor complained to police that his laughter was disturbing the peace—and the cops agreed.
The complaint is the reported result of a dispute between Schiavelli and his neighbor Daniel O’Hanian after Schiavelli began a home remodeling project, reported TODAY.
