AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Howard R. Lazarus, 53, of 16 N. Bristol Court, Mundelein, was charged with aggravated assault April 11 after pointing a replica gun at a police officer at the Vernon Hills Police Department. His court date was unavailable.

ALCOHOL

Kathryn A. Deegan, 61, of 1224 Streamwood Lane, Vernon Hills, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, improper right turn and unsafe lane change April 8 at Townline Road and CDW Way. Her court date is May 1 in Waukegan.

Rebecca D. Djuric, 24, of 621 Paddock Lane, Libertyville, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and driving without insurance April 14 at Artaius Parkway and Milwaukee Avenue. Her court date was unavailable.

DRUGS

Danielle R. Taubman, 21, of 2327 N. Champlain St., Arlington Heights, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance, speeding and improper lane usage April 10 at Milwaukee Avenue and Town Center Road. Her court date is May 7 in Waukegan.

Samuel A. Sandoval-Sanchez, 37, of 155 S. Chicago Ave., Mundelein, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis April 14 at 1 Timber Lane after police found him in possession of cannabis and a cannabis pipe during an investigation of a suspicious vehicle. His court date is May 9 in Mundelein.

THEFT

Nathalie V. Montano, 18, of 356 Clearview Circle, Round Lake, and Victoria K. Velasco, 20, of 1900 Manor Lane, Mundelein, were charged with retail theft April 11 at Kohl’s after leaving the store without paying for $938.80 in clothing. Their court dates are May 6 in Waukegan.

Lisa M. Galaskinski, 27, of 3 Dartmouth Court, Lincolnshire, was charged with retail theft April 12 at Ulta, 701 N. Milwaukee Ave., after leaving the store without paying for $196.52 in cosmetics. Her court date was unavailable.

Michael A. Muench, 28, address not listed, was charged with retail theft April 12 at Mariano’s after he left the store without paying for $64.89 in liquor and groceries. His court date is May 7 in Waukegan.

Earl A. Harding, 20, of 525 S. Jackson, Waukegan, and Daniel R. Martinez, 20, of 1700 Glen Flora Ave., Waukegan, were charged with retail theft April 13 at Mariano’s after they left the store without paying for $66.32 in alcohol. Their court dates are May 6 in Waukegan.

Rochelle M. Hicks, 41, of 4004 Kristan Ave., North Chicago, was charged with retail theft April 14 at Mariano’s after she left the store without paying for $71.07 in liquor and groceries. Her court date is May 9 in Mundelein. 

WARRANT

Melinda L. Turner, 60, of 695 Williams Way, Vernon Hills, was arrested on a warrant out of Texas for violating parole April 13 at 689 Williams Way. Her court date was not available.
