While Village Hall will be open, February 21 is Presidents' Day, a federal holiday designed to honor George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and all other US presidents. The day was first created in 1971 as a combination of the previous holidays marking Lincoln's birthday (February 12, 1809) and Washington's Birthday (February 11, 1732).
