Village Of Vernon Hills: Expanded Transportation Starting May 1

Starting May 1, Ride Lake County will begin offering county-wide curb-to-curb transportation for individuals age 60+ and those with disabilities. 

Once the service begins, riders will sign up ahead by calling 800-201-6446. Riders can expect to pay from $2 to $6 per one-way trip, with service expected to be available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day except holidays.

This service will be a huge asset to the larger community. Thank you to Lake County for working to expand public transpiration.
