4-Story Western Springs Condo Project To Start

The units will be priced up to nearly $1.4 million, according to the developer.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – The developer of a downtown Western Springs condo project is set to break ground next week.

The four-story building will consist of 10 condos, with units ranging in price from $650,000 to nearly $1.4 million, according to the developer's news release.

Called The Hill, the complex is planned for 514 Hillgrove Ave. It is being developed by KLM Development, owned by Felix Lampariello.

The development is described as "luxurious" and "maintenance-free." The units will range from two to four bedrooms and two to 2½ bathrooms, according to the release.

The Village Board approved the zoning in June. Under the proposal, the first floor would be commercial.

The complex is set for two blocks east of Village Hall and between an office building and a doctor's office.
