Pre-Pandemic companies were slowly transitioning their online recruitment technology but the online world of recruiting has become more complex since the pandemic. Anna Marie MacDonald, Manager Workforce Connection Center at Goodwill, will present the difference between virtual live and on-demand interviews, best practices, etiquette and the future of interviewing.
