Unlimited Chili Tastings As Restaurants Compete In Wheaton Chili Cookoff

WHEATON, IL — Unlimited chili tastings will be available for participants in the 2025 Wheaton Chili Cookoff. The event will take place in downtown Wheaton on Oct. 4 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Here are the local restaurants vying for spicy glory with special chili recipes they've prepared for the competition.

• Burma O'Clock
• El Zarape
• Hale Street Cantina
• High Rollers Company
• Ivy Restaurant
• Moveable Feast
• Proof No. 5
• QCurrys Indian Kitchen
• Sweetchilango
• The Backyard
• The Protein Spot, partnering with Sharko's BBQ

Live music will be performed by Kevin Janus and the Wheaton Dad Band.

General admission tickets are $20 per person and $15 for Friends of Downtown Wheaton and include unlimited chili tastings. A Chili 4-Pack is $60 and gives you four general admission tickets.
