If you shop via the website and choose in-store pick-up, please note the following:

- A copy of your confirmation email or order number is required.
- All orders must be picked up at the Winnetka Campus between 9:00 am and 3:45 pm after receiving the email notification that the order is ready for pick-up.
- If parents are picking up, please contact the bookstore ahead of time at 847 784 2340 to make arrangements for the order to be left at door N16 (main entrance off Trevian Way) with security. Due to COVID-19, we are only allowing students to conduct business at the bookstore on the days they are attending classes on campus.
