Notice: Mailings To Residents With Unauthorized Use Of Village Logo Regarding Roof Inspections

Press release from the Village of Wilmette:

Residents may have received a letter in the mail from a roofing company which used the Village’s logo without our consent to infer that a roof inspection is required at your property. This company is not affiliated with the Village, is not authorized to utilize the Village logo, and no roof inspection is required at your property. The Village is preparing a cease and desist letter to prevent further unauthorized use of the Wilmette logo.
