Wilmette Students Learn Life Lessons Through Improv

Every idea is a good idea when it comes to improvisational acting and that’s exactly the lesson Wilmette Junior High School students learned during the two-week improv program funded by District 39 Educational Foundation and the Illinois Arts Council, Chicago Tribune reported. 

District 39 partnered with the Actors Training Center to provide the two-week residency in where improv professionals trained eighth-graders how to act without a script, many of the students said they learned how to have fun, be confident and just go with the flow, Chicago Tribune reported.
