Dog Walker Overhears Fight in Glencoe

Possible Fight
A dog walker on Gordon Trail at the intersection of Merrill St. and Winnetka Ave. reported that he heard two subjects arguing, saying 'I am going to kick your a**" and "I don't want to fight." The caller stood by to point out where he heard it from, police reports state. The call was transferred to Winnetka Police.

Augurio Vergara, 45, of Chicago is being charged with driving with an uninsured vehicle, driving with a suspended license and improper lane usage, Glencoe Public Safety reports state. Vergara was pulled over on May 19 at the intersection of Sheridan Rd. and Scott Ave. after being called in to police by an off-duty Deerfield police officer who observed Vergara weaving in and out of traffic. Vergara's court date is set for June 6.

Jennifer Welsh, 26, is being charged with driving with a suspended license out of Ohio, speeding and driving without registration. The incident occurred on May 21 and her court date is set for June 20.
