Poets Slam Billy Corgan's Tea House
Local poets share their work at Billy Corgan's Ravinia tea house.
More than a dozen poets read their verse as part of a Highland Park Poetry's open microphone event today at Billy Corgan's Madam Zuzu's Tea House in Highland Park.

Highland Park Poetry is a community-wide celebration of word sharing poetry with audiences of all ages, according to its website. It offer workshops, readings and display to create opportunities for local poets.
Saturday’s event at Madam Zuzu’s was the second Saturday night event in three weeks for the group at that venue.
