New Trier solicited nominations for the inaugural group of honorees at the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year. Approximately 90 alumni were nominated, and a Selection Committee made up of District administrators, faculty, alumni, community members, representatives of the New Trier Educational Foundation, and a current student chose the 10 outstanding alumni being honored March 22.

In addition to attending the awards dinner, honorees also will meet with current New Trier students at school during the week of the awards ceremony. They will share the inspiring stories of their careers and service activities and take questions from students.

More information on the dinner, including online ticket purchasing, is available at www.newtrieralumni.org
