Wilmette Man Arrested for Pot Possession
A tablet computer was also stolen from a store on Green Bay in the latest Winnetka police blotter.
The following information is from the Winnetka Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Traffic arrest
Timothy F. Carr, 27, of Oak Park, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. May 2 in the 1400 block of Tower Road for driving with a suspended license. He was also cited for using a hand-held cell phone. He has a May 28 court date.

Theft
An employee of a store in the 800 block of Green Bay Road discovered that someone removed an unattended black 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tablet left on a table between 10:15 and 11:30 p.m. May 2. The loss is $200.

Cannabis activity
Taylor S. White, 23, of Wilmette, was arrested May 3 at 1 a.m. in the 1100 block of Sheridan Road for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has a June 4 court date.
