Dead Man Found Inside Nonnie's Pizza In Woodridge: Cops

WOODRIDGE, IL — A death investigation is underway after a man was found dead inside Nonnie's Pizza in Woodridge.

Police and firefighters were called to the pizzeria at 1565 75th St. around 10:15 a.m. for a report of a medical emergency, a news release said. When they got to the scene, they found the man dead inside the restaurant.

Police say there does not seem to be evidence of foul play and there is no apparent danger to the public.

Woodridge police are working with DuPage County Coroner on the ongoing investigation. The man's identity is being withheld pending "further investigation," the news release said.
