Concert: May the Musical Force Be With You
Sun., Oct. 11, 2:00 p.m.
Zazz, an alternative jazz quintet, performs innovative music uniquely created from jazz standard, Broadway, and popular music. In honor of Star Wars Reads Day, all songs will feature a celestial, science-fiction sound. Bring the whole family and come in costume if you’d like. (The musicians will!) Refreshments provided.

Read to the Dogs

Share a story with some good doggy listeners. Therapy dogs will be here to listen to children read stories to them. Reading to these dogs can improve children’s reading and communication skills while also being fun! Call (630) 960-1200 to schedule a 15-minute slot.

Celebrate the annual Star Wars Reads Day. Wear something Star Wars related and get a sticker strip! Pose next to your favorite characters! Take the Star Wars challenge and get a galactic prize!
