Football: Downers Grove North Heads to Morton

will head to Morton on Friday night for Game 2 of the 2012 football season.

Last week, the Trojans (1-0) beat Lockport 27-7, giving the Porter their first season-opener loss since 2002.

Morton (1-0) also picked up their first victory of the season last week, defeating the Chicago Perspectives team 34-6.

Downers Grove will look to repeat its success from last year, when it beat the Mustangs 49-0.

Friday's game will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Morton's football stadium, located at 2400 Home Ave. in Berwyn.
