Job Hunters: Career Fair Coming to Woodridge

The village of Woodridge is hosting an upcoming job fair where representatives from numerous local businesses will be on hand to meet and greet potential future employees.

The fair is offered in conjunction with the People's Resource Center, according to a community update. Prospective candidates should plan to dress professionally, have their resumes and head to the Janes Avenue Facility, 8274 Janes Ave., on Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A list of attending employers will be published on the Woodridge website later this month.
