Local Painter Featured in Fine Art Exhibit at the Woodridge Library
The public is invited to meet the artist at a library reception July 9.

Woodridge, IL — Local fine art painter Scott Yao’s work will be featured in the Woodridge Public Library’s Art Gallery throughout July.
The exhibit showcases Mr. Yao’s work reflecting the beauty found in natural landscape, as well as his fine art portraiture.

Born in the beautiful town of Beitou, Taiwan, Yao credits the surroundings of his childhood with influencing his aesthetic vision; while his work under a local art teacher at the Culture Center in Westmont aided his mastery of painting.
The public is invited to meet the artist at a library reception on Saturday, July 9, between noon and 2 p.m.
