Sausage Sculpting, Pretzel Toss, More At Woodridge Oktoberfest

WOODRIDGE, IL — Sausage sculpting, stein holding, pretzel necklaces and more will embrace German culture during Oktoberfest in Woodridge Sept. 27 and Sept. 28 in the parking lot of Cypress Cove Aquatic Park.

The festivities include live music, German-themed food and drinks, a photo booth and more. Below is a schedule of activities for each day of Oktoberfest.

Friday

5 p.m.: Die Musikmeisters Band

5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Sausage Sculpting

5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Pretzel Necklaces

8:45 p.m.: Sausage Sculpting winner announced

6:30 p.m.: Pretzel Toss

7 p.m.: Polka Mojo

8:30 p.m.: Stein Holding Contest

9 p.m.: Hello Weekend

Saturday

5 p.m.: The Happy Wanderers

5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Sausage Sculpting
