Woodridge police say Neal J. Johnson, 56, has beem missing for many years. His last known address when he was released from incarceration was in Woodridge, but he hasn’t registered and is listed as non-compliant. Johnson was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. His victim was younger than 18 at the time of the offense.
Registered sex offenders are not allowed to pass out candy on Halloween. They may not appear in a Halloween costume or other child-centered holiday character, such as Santa or the Easter Bunny, in public. However, registered sex offenders may wear Halloween costumes in their homes, according to the Illinois Sex Offender Registry.
