Toys For Tots Donations, Holiday Lights Recycling Offered In Woodridge
See where you can donate toys and recycle holiday lights in Woodridge.

WOODRIDGE, IL — As the winter holidays approach, the village of Woodridge is offering opportunities for residents to donate items to Toys for Tots and recycle their unusable strings of lights.
To brighten the season for a local child, you can drop off new, unwrapped toys at the following Toys for Tots donation locations in Woodridge through Dec. 9:
- Woodridge Police Department, 1 Plaza Dr., Woodridge
- Woodridge Village Hall, 5 Plaza Dr., Woodridge
Toys should be appropriate for children from who are infants or up to 12 years of age.

Woodridge Village Hall will also be accepting defunct holiday lights via a partnership with Elgin Recycling. As residents untangle their holiday lights and come across dead strands, they're encouraged to drop them off to be recycled through March 3. No CFL lights will be accepted.
