Woodridge Resident Arrested for Beating Up Police Officers, Spitting in Paramedic's Eye
The man, who's 24, allegedly fought several officers through his handcuffing.
A Woodridge resident was charged with battery to police officers when he allegedly attacked Burr Ridge cops Jan. 9.
Christopher G. Zanayed, 24, was arrested after he got physical with officers responding to a call of an unwelcome visitor at a home on Enclave Court, the Chicago Tribune reported. The call came in around 12:15 a.m.
Zanayed allegedly shoved an officer to the ground, hit another one in the jaw and face with his forearm and kept fighting officers while he was being handcuffed. Paramedics who tried to attend to a cut on Zanayedās head were reportedly spat in the eye when he resisted them.

Ultimately, Zanayed was charged with battery to police officers, resisting and obstructing a peace officer and one count of aggravated battery.
