Homeowner Given Noise Citation for Loud Party: Police

Battery, disorderly conduct
Two female juveniles were arrested at 7:30 a.m. at Yorkville High School, 700 block of Game Farm Road, and charged with battery and disorderly conduct for fighting at school, said Yorkville police.

Jeanette M. Munos, 51, of the 1400 block of Golden Oaks Parkway, Aurora, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. at Route 47 and Cannonball Trail and charged for driving under the influence after being stopped for numerous lane violations and then failing the field sobriety test, said Yorkville police. She was also cited for improper lane usage.

Criminal damage to property

Yorkville police took a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at an unknown time on Sept. 1 in the 700 block of Game Farm Road.
Saturday, Aug. 31
Disorderly conduct
Matthew J. Saro, 21, of the 1500 block of Cottonwood Drive, Yorkville, was given a citation for disorderly conduct at 1:46 a.m. at his residence, said Yorkville police. An officer responded to the above location for a loud party and located the homeowner after witnessing several subjects make a lot of noise. Saro was cited with disorderly conduct for the noise.
Friday, Aug. 30
DUI
Grant L. Towner, 26, of the 2000 block of Mularid Court, Sheridan, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. at Route 71 and East High Point Road and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol and the illegal transportation of alcohol, said Yorkville police. He was also cited for improper lane usage.
Possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, DWLS
Brandi A. Mulvaney, 27, of the 900 block of Hugh Street, Plano, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. at Bristol Bay Drive and Bertram Drive and charged with the unlawful possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, and for driving on a suspended license, said Yorkville police.
Warrant
Scott P. Gregoire, 40, of the 300 block of Elm Street, Millington, was arrested at 7 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Bridge on an in state warrant, said Yorkville police.
