2022-0288, Criminal Trespass to Property:  On 1/27/22 at 7:30 a.m., deputies responded to the 6000 Block of Southfield Lane, Na-Au-Say Township, for a report of a criminal trespass to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0288 Criminal Trespass to Property:

2022-0291, Aggravated Battery: On 01/27/22 at 10:53 a.m., deputies responded to the Kendall County Jail for a report of an aggravated battery. After the investigation, Jaquarance C. Handley, a 32-year-old male from the 900 block of Bluebell Circle in Joliet, was charged with one count of aggravated battery to a correctional employee. Handley is currently being held at the Kendall County Jail on unrelated charges.

2022-0292, Theft: On 01/27/22 at 12:22 p.m., deputies took a report for a theft which occurred in the 14000 block of Fennel Road, Big Grove Township.  The investigation is ongoing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
