2022-0303 Fraud: On 1/28/2022 at 2:43 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Garden Dr. in Oswego Township for a report of Fraud.  The investigation is ongoing. 

2022-0303 Fraud:

2022-0305, Identity Theft: On 01/28/22 at 8:49 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Whitney Way in Oswego Township for a report of Identity Theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0307, Speeding 35+: On 01/28/22 at 11:30 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on RT 71 and Regal Oaks CT in Bristol Township for speeding. A male juvenile from Montgomery was cited for speeding 83 mph in a 45 mph zone. The juvenile was issued a recognizance bond and was released.

2022-0309, DUI:  On 01/28/22 at 11:51 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at Ridge Rd near Route 126 in Na-Au-Say Township. Antanas Lurosius, a 62-year-old male from the 1600 block of Royal Oak Rd in Darien, was arrested for driving under the influence. Lurosius was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
