Yorkville Resident A Top Finisher at Chicago Triathlon

Yorkville resident Savanah Sellars placed third in her age group in Sunday's Life Time Tri Chicago, completing it in just over 3 hours and 21 minutes for international distance.

Sellars joined nearly 10,000 participants from across the country in the Life Time Tri Chicago, the country’s largest triathlon, held in downtown Chicago.

The 30th annual event brought together amateur and professional athletes alike to swim, bike and run their way to the finish line with top contenders in 11 age groups.
