Heroes & Legends Wrestling XV Recap

Heroes & Legends Wrestling XV was another great day of wrestling entertainment. From the Fan Fest through the last pinfall, wrestling legends and stars, vendors and fans filled the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

The Fan Fest was filled with dozens of wrestling legends and current stars. Fans had plenty of time to meet and greet their wrestling heroes.

The wrestling matches started with a 20 Man “Rumble Royale,” which had a fascinating twist in the end. Ginger Dragon was the first and last man in the ring, eliminating Nick Cutler to earn the title match briefcase. Ginger Dragon said he was giving the the title shot to Dru Skillz. Claiming the Dragon was really Skillz, Cutler called out promoter Jayson Maples. Skillz appeared and Ginger Dragon revealed himself to be Maples.

Missa Kate then appeared and stole the briefcase. Maples gave his finisher to Cutler and told him to get ready, because his match was next.

Cutler won by DQ over Andrew Anderson with Kevin Sullivan

The Headbangers became the new Tag Champs by defeating Sons of Samoa

Chris Masters beat Sam Knight with the Masterlock

JTG defeated “The Fannypack Kid” Kal Herro

Dru Skills beat Kongo Kong (who an injured Gangrel picked as his replacement)

Cody Lee retained his Cruiserweight Championship after Juventud Guerrera distracted Super Crazy. Juvi and Super Crazy argued and a challenge was issued for Heroes and Legends Wrestling XVI.

Marti Belle defeated Ivelisse to retain her Women's Championship. Belle's celebration didn't last long as Missa Kate cashed in the briefcase. Missa Kate beat Belle to become the new HLW Women's Champ.

Anthony Toatele retained the HLW Heavyweight tile in defeating Elijah Burke.
