TCC Named a Winner of the 2022 Top Workplaces USA Awards

Fishers-based TCC, one of the nation’s largest Verizon authorized retailers with nearly 850 locations in 39 states, has earned the 2022 Top Workplaces USA award, issued by Energage. This is the second consecutive year TCC has been honored as a USA Top Workplace.

Energage is a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build Top Workplaces, and the Top Workplaces USA award is built on the program’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for national and regional Top Workplaces awards. More than 1,100 organizations nationwide participated in the 2022 Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

TCC’s longstanding commitment to company culture began in 2013 when Moorehead created an internal culture centered around driving connection, purpose and meaning for its employees and communities through giving back on the local level. Through its 2021 community events, TCC purchased holiday gifts for 25 veteran families, donated more than 140,000 backpacks filled with school supplies, donated $50,000 to in-person children’s summer camps, and provided teacher appreciation kits to more than 500 schools nationwide.
