• Updated: Kimball International building damaged by fire after minivan strikes trailer (duboiscountyfreepress.com) — A major fire at Kimball International’s Jasper warehouse drew a large response, including a request for backup from the Huntingburg Volunteer Fire Department’s ladder truck. Crews contained flames that destroyed a minivan and trailer and heavily damaged the building’s exterior, while smoke forced employees to evacuate. One injured person was later found at a nearby business and taken to the hospital.
