• Fifteen Indiana Hospitals Earned Top Marks For Patient Safety (wrkr.com) — Lawrenceburg residents can be proud that St. Elizabeth Dearborn earned an “A” grade for patient safety in a new statewide report, highlighting strong practices to prevent errors and surgical problems. The Leapfrog Group’s Fall 2025 rankings put the hospital among just 15 Indiana facilities receiving top marks, giving local patients another data point when choosing where to receive care.
   

• DCF Awards Proactive Grant to Miller-York Fire Department (eaglecountryonline.com) — A Dearborn Community Foundation board member from Lawrenceburg has directed a $1,000 proactive grant to the Miller-York Volunteer Fire Department, which serves nearby rural townships. The funds will support the department’s general needs and recognize its all-volunteer crews. Residents can also contribute to DCF’s unrestricted endowments to support similar local causes.
