• Noblesville Common Council reviews development, elects officers (youarecurrent.com) — Noblesville’s Common Council is weighing a new 55-and-older neighborhood near 158th Street and Olio Road and has chosen its 2026 leadership, with Mike Davis as president and Aaron Smith as vice president. The Courtyards at Deer Creek proposal will go to the Plan Commission next year before a final council vote, and the next council meeting is set for Jan. 13 at City Hall.
