Ames Weather: Thunder Showers Possible Through 4 p.m.

It could rain today and might again Thursday according to the National Weather Service.

Today's gray skies should clear off about the time most Ames community school students have come home for the day.

The National Weather Service said that rain and thunderstorms were likely before 1 p.m. and between 1 and 4 p.m.
