AMES, Iowa – The Ames City Council will host a Neighborhood Summit at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 515 Clark Ave.  Neighborhood Summits are held regularly with the City Council to promote opportunities for neighbors to become more connected with each other and local government.Â
 Â
As part of the Ames City Council’s goal to promote strong neighborhoods, the Neighborhood Summit will focus on issues of importance to neighborhoods and neighborhood associations. This will provide an opportunity for residents to offer insight, concerns, and recommendations on how to improve their neighborhoods.Â
All residents are encouraged to attend.
