Iowa is often confused for Idaho and this guy wants to trade a house with you. It's got an art studio and he is willing to take a fixer upper or some nice bare land and cash, so long as he isn't left in debt. He also has a sailboat he won't be needing anymore. Guess that's Iowa for you.
