'Parks and Recreation' Actors Rashida Jones and Adam Scott Comes to Iowa State University in Ames Saturday

Rashida Jones and Adam Scott will visit the Ames home of Steven Seefeld 2:30 p.m. Saturday, during an Iowa-Iowa State football game to campaign for President Barack Obama.

Their visit comes just a day after the president makes his 8^th Iowa appearance of the year Friday in Iowa City.

Jones and Scott are expected to urge young people to become part of the election process in six appearances across the state Saturday and Sunday.

Rashida and Scott are among a number of celebrities who have visited the state in support of Obama this year.

Last week, campaigned outside the .

visited with young voters in Ames and passed out tickets to Obama's appearance.

Jones and Scott will also make the other stops in Des Moines, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City. Seefeld's home is at 2914 Oakland Street in Ames.
